You may be able to get covered or stay covered with Marketplace or off-Marketplace health insurance through a Special Enrollment Period if you lost your employer-based health coverage because of losing or quitting your job.

Your co-pay or deductible is determined by your insurance plan and benefits. At the time of your visit, our staff will be happy to assist you with determining your coverage and your out-of-pocket responsibility.
